  1. Hi, I recieved a notification that there was an update for the Malwarebytes Endpoint Security v1.9. However, that download doesn't include a separate msi package for the Malwarebytes Management Console. Where and how do obtain the new update for the Malwarebytes Management Console? The Malwarebytes Endpoint Security files didn't seem to contain the separate msi just for hte Malwarebytes Management Console. We have pcs that are just running the console and we dont want to install all of the sever software (IIS) on those pcs. Thanks, Janet
  2. Hi Kevin, I've installed it on a third server with the same results and error message. I removed malwarebytes from one server, no restart, and installed malwarebytes anti malware and anti-exploit, and got the same results and error message. None of these servers have had malwarebytes previously installed. Thanks malwarebytes error.docx
  3. Hi I put Malwarebyte Anti-Malware, Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit on one of our servers. The application successfully installs. However, when I try to update the database engine I get an error message stating Program_Error_Updating(11001,0,Host not found). I'm able to ping 10.68.92.117 from the server successfully. Thanks Malwarebytes.docx
  4. Hi Dyllon How do we check to see if we are selecting to remove threats found in scan option for on-demand and scheduled scans in addition to the scanner options? Under the scanner tab we have checked everthing: Scan mem objects Scan startup objects Scan registry objects Scan file system objects Scan additional items against heuristics Enable scan inside archives Enable advanced heuristics engine Thank You
  5. Hi, I logged into the MalwareBytes Management Console and doing a quick and full scan of the user’s computer and resulted in no threats. I remotely logged into the user’s computer and ran MalwareBytes, and was able to find some malicious software. I went into the MalwareBytes Management Console’s Default Policy and went under “Scanner” tab to find a list of what’s scanned, and we have following checked: Scan memory objects scan startup objects Scan registry objects Scan file system objects Scan additional items against heuristics enable scanning inside archives Enable advanced heuristics engine Action for potentially unwanted programs: Show results and check for remove Action for potentially unwanted modifications: Show results and check for remove Action for peer to peer : Don't show What settings should we have in the console to get the same results of the scans? Thank You
  6. I'm sorry, but I don't follow. How do I get to MBES download section in the Malwarebytes console?
  7. We would like to install Malwarebytes and Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit for Business onto a system and then sysprep that system to capture an image. Are there lines that we need to remove out of the system registry prior to sysprep a machine that will be used for an image? After capturing the image, what steps do we to perform to see if the systems imaged with the system have unique identifications?
  8. Hi We would like to install Malwarebytes and Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit for Business onto a system and then sysprep that system to capture an image. With other products we have to use a clean tool to remove the identifiers from the system prior to syspreping the system and capturing the image, since its information is in the registry. We would like to deploy the image to lots of computers and don't want to have duplicate ids listed in the registry. What do we use in order to clean Malwarebytes identifiers from the master image? Is there any cleanup that needs to be done before sysprep for the system? Thanks
  9. Hi We have the Enterprise Edition and licensing for Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Anti-Exploit products. Where do go to obtain the command line or GUI IR product tool for the MAC? Thanks
  10. Hello, We currently have Malwarebytes Anti-malware and Anti-Exploit in our environment for all of our computers. Now we are wanting to support MAC. How do we generate or create a Malwarebytes Anti-malware and Anti-Exploit package for MAC? Please provide detailed instructions.
  11. Could provide me instructions on how to generate the log files when trying to perform the msi installation? Also, could you provide me the detailed steps to download the clean msi to remove malwarebytes?
  12. Hi Dyllon, We were trying to use the only one executable install package that we were aware of to install the non cloud Malwarebytes Managed Client version 1.8.0.3443 which also installs the Anti-exploit. In the console we went to -Policy -> Installation Package tool to generate the executable.
  13. Malwarebytes Managed Client version 1.8.0.3443 which also installs the Anti-exploit, and these are both non cloud msi installers.
  14. Hello, We are wanting to use SCCM to deploy the malwarebytes client (exe, msi) to the other computers on the network. When we tried to deploy it trhough SCCM, the installation does not occur, and a general error message occurs. When I try the msi at the administrative command window: msiexec /I malwarebytes.msi /q An error message occurs, "This advertised application will not be installed because it might be unsafe. Contact your administrator to change the installation user interface option of the package to basic." When I try the exe at the administrative command window: malwarebytes.exe /S An error message occurs, "This advertised application will not be installed because it might be unsafe. Contact your administrator to change the installation user interface option of the package to basic." Any ideas on how to use SCCM to deploy the msi or the exe? The exe or msi works if I manually install it on the computer with administrator rights. Thank You :0)
