Scheduled scan, every PC is infected with emails saying.....

Hopefully this is a false positive but Chrome has been removed from every computer which is going to be a pain to re-install. Anyone else got this?

Whole console. Clean install.

As the title says. Clean install of Win10 Pro, installed management console 1.7 and can't log in as 127.0.0.1 admin/blank. Stopped the firewall, tried the real IP address (192.168.0.x) no luck. Any ideas folks?

Uploaded a file called 'infected files enclosed.zip' but using 7z so didn't password protect it.

OK, I'll get a sample zipped. All PC's get a full scan at 5 a.m. but the control center PC was infected and disabled Malware !!! Standalone anti-ransomware? Never heard of it, it was set to do full, online interactive protection from your managed clients software.

Hi, running Malwarebytes Business and the actual management station has got infected with Wadhrama . 1st question is why didn't Malwarebytes not pick it up (full scan on every PC at 5 a.m.) and why is there no phone support to get rid of it - I'm in the UK and Malwarebytes phone just says out of hours - leave a message.
This is a disgraceful support (and scanning system). Need help NOW.
Fortuneately backups worked but I can't restore if they just get infected again.

Trying to get the trial version and can't until they let me. Why? Trying to buy the software and their online form won't accept UK addresses and is tied down to dropdown boxes assuming all purchasers are idiots and can't type. Why? Raised support ticket to get UK sales team to call but they haven't bothered. Why?
Is this the level of support I can expect if we can eventually buy Endpoint Protection?
