    I removed the exclusion for 255.255.255.255, updated Malwarebytes and after the restart popup stopped appearing (before restart it just started popping up again like it was before address exclusion). Thanks Zynthesist.

    I have the exact same issue, Website blocked popup message appearing every 20 seconds. Started today, about an hour ago. IP Address: 255.255.255.255Port: [17500]Type: OutboundFile: C:\Program Files (x86)\Dropbox\Client\Dropbox.exe
