  1. O.K. I have a feeling that Avast is going to wipe the system clean. Regardless, I will try the zip file once again after avast finishes up.
  2. Going to try again after Avast has completed its current scan.. Avast is 72% complete and has deleted numerous malware files already. I need to wait until it completes its boot scan.
  3. Correct.... It won't open from the .zip file even after being extracted.
  4. Yes, I was able to download the "special tool" However, it will not open or activate. This "virus" is blocking your "special tool" from installing. No matter what I do, it will not open. Malwarebytes still opens, but the web protection is still disabled. Bordering cancelling your product subscription and moving to something like Avast, which I have scanning that P.C. right now.
  5. Porthos........... Since I pay good money for multiple licenses, root kit scanning should be set to default, considering they claim to be be a system to battle viruses as well as malware. If I turn it on, and restart the system it should WIPE a virus. It's WORTHLESS to me if a simple little virus can kick the crap out of this system. It's good you're here to "help them" With that being said, they need to be the ones telling me what to do, and how to clean my system. OTHERWISE, they need to hire you for support.
  6. Thankfully the computer still works, but it has disabled your connection. It will not load anything that I've downloaded from you for this issue.
  7. The links work fine, and the product downloads. However, NOTHING opens. This "virus" has eliminated your system and windows as well.
  8. This REALLY makes me irritated. The virus is now blocking ANYTHING from your source WHY IS THAT? What and WHY am I paying your company for? Can't do anything to fix this at this point. Nothing is activating. You send me the link for the "root kit" and I cannot do anything at this point. Your system is supposed to have root kit removal and it did NOTHING. What is the next step now that I cannot get anything you supplied to work?????????????
  9. I'm back to work tomorrow, and NEED a resolution today. This has been going for 2 days now between us.

  11. I'm not your average every day "gump" that doesn't know about computers and programs. I pay for MULTIPLE licenses of this software. I have it installed on 3 other P.C.'s running windows 10 and they ALL run each and every program with administrator priveleges ( including malwarebytes on all 3 of those computers that have no problems ) .   12. I am running windows 10. I did as you suggested and unchecked "run as administrator" I then restarted the PC and still have the same problem.
