  1. I had done the first post about resetting the sync and scanning after, but somehow it slipped my mind there was a second part with clearing out all the search engines. When I was removing all the ones that weren't Google, I noticed Conduit which was the name of the POP way down in the bottom. I've always known it as a browser hijacker so I was a bit confused how I was getting that in the scans when it wasn't doing that annoying send you to a random site you'd never want to go song and dance it usually does when you're infected. But it was there and after clearing it all out and closing Chrome I've got a clean scan. I'm going to do one more before I sync in again, but I'm 99% sure it's been fixed. Thank you all so much.
  2. The Chrome solution didn't work, I didn't think that would be it anyway because it's not my main browser so I repeated the steps in Firefox. But that didn't do anything either so here's the file. mb-check-results.zip
  3. Sorry for taking a little while, here they are. FRST.txt Addition.txt CheckResults.txt
  4. If I get an alert that something has been detected I usually do a second scan afterwards to see if it comes up clean. But since upgrading yesterday every scan I put in has the same 4 Potentially Unwanted Programs. I've quarantined and deleted them five or six times by now and when I scan it still says they're there.
