  2. for Norton Power Eraser log, the log is in xml format, and i can't manage to attach it. as for the issue, i've been monitoring my resources when idle, and i think everything's okay now. Can i uninstall all of the programs we used?

  4. Also when i downloaded fixlist.txt i accidentally opened it before i read "Do not open that file". Sorry about this, are we still good on this?
  5. I'm on this part: When complete click on Export Summary after deletion (bottom-left corner) and select Copy to Clipboard. Wait for the prompt to restart the computer to appear, then click on Yes. after clicking clicking Copy to Clipboard button, there are no prompts to restart my pc. what should i do after this?

  8. i need help on this! My GPU and CPU usage are getting used by mint.exe. Every time my mouse is idle, after 4-5mins of not moving my mouse, mint.exe will run on background, I have attached a screenshot. When this process runs, it is using my CPU and GPU. GPU usage is 95% and CPU is around 60% usage. When i move my mouse again, mint.exe will kill itself putting my thermals back to normal.. Please help me how to get rid of this annoying malware as my GPU is getting hot when IDLE.
