I forgot to say that on other laptop that I wiped out and did a clean OS reinstall too, there are not those two entries. That is why I suspect this one is infected. I hope someone could confirm this and share some knowledge with me, because I cant remove those..

Hi everyone. Recently I got hacked, both of my laptops at home, most of my on-line accounts passwords changed etc. I managed to recover those, I wiped out everything on my laptops several times and I did clean OS install. I also installed new wi-fi modem. But even after several times wiping out all hard drives and several times installing fresh OS, I still have suspicious startup programs scheduled to run at startup. I scanned everything throughly with Avast Internet Security (deep detailed scan), Malwarebytes, ESETPoweliksCleaner, Mbar, Windows defender. Everything seems clean, but still those programs that are scheduled to run at startup are suspicious, I can't delete or disable or modify their entries (tried to do so using Ccleaner).
