    Compatibility screen settings are identical to your screen - it's all off now (including Run as Administrator).

    Compatibility was same, except I had run as administrator, and still do.

    Restart computer everything is fine for a while and then Real Time Protection gets turned off. Ran Malware bytes and tried turning on Web Protection but it tries to start and then fails.
