    Hi Dyllon, I just tried it again and the "Export Client Package" window isn't greyed out anymore. I was able to create my client package today. Not sure what happened on Friday. Any ideas? Anyway, it's working now. Thanks.

    Hi Dyllon, Yes, the license status says "Licensed" and the current database size is 0.48GB.

    I'm trying to create a new installation package from inside the Management Console. I created one a few months back. Now, after selecting a policy, I click on "Installation Package" and the "Export Client Package" window comes up but everything is greyed out except the "Cancel" button. I'm logged in as Admin. Anyone know what's wrong? Thanks.
