I just recently upgraded to premium. I updated software and it is currently Version 3.3.1.2183. I am unable to enable real time Web Protection. When I select "ON" it will briefly go to "starting" and back to "Off". I tried the steps below with no results: If your Website Protection is having issues, please try the following two things: Turn on Enable self-protection module early start Under Settings > Protection, turn on Enable self-protection module early start. Then reboot and see if your protection module starts up If that doesn't work, turn off Enable self-protection module Under Settings > Protection, turn off the option for Enable self-protection module. Then reboot and see if your protection module starts up What are my next options?
