  1. I have this exact same issue - am on a laptop with Windows 10 which I sometimes hibernate (versus shutting down) - I saw in another thread that one of the admins thought that might be related? I have a premium account with version 3.2.2.2029 and component 1.0.212 and update 1.0.3124 installed. I get the message "downloading" when I try to check for updates, but nothing installs and it only lasts for a half-second, versus the usual multi-second download. It's like it can't seem to find the package to download? I've uninstalled and reinstalled with a new version off Malwarebytes' website. Following this, it was fine for a few days (updates automatically reinstalled as expected) but it's since recurred. I have automatic updates turned on (just checked again). Is there a new version coming to resolve this issue since many of your users seem to be experiencing it? ray
