  1. Thank you very much, Porthos. After installing v3.3.1, it's working now
  2. Not sure why my Malwarebytes did not auto start when my Windows 8.1 launched. I checked the system tray, there's no Malwarebytes icon there. When I tried to launch the Malwarebytes program manually, I get mbam.exe - Ban Image. Please advise what should I do. Thanks.
  3. Thanks Maurice, I managed to add C:\Program Files\Common Files\McAfee\Platform\McUICnt.exe in the Exclusion list.
  4. Hi Maurice, Since you're only interested in the McAfee EXE file, I've extracted only the [Software Environment] section for you, hope that is ok with you? Thanks! msinfo32.txt
  5. Hi Maurice, Thank you very much for the instructions above I've excluded Malwarebytes files in McAfee but I stuck at [Click on "Select Folder"]. There is no "Select Folder" button, only "Open" button. Please see screenshots.
  6. I read what others did by running the MB-Clean removal process. It did by uninstalling & reinstalling Malwarebytes and now Web Protection is ON even when I rebooted the PC. Those having this issue may want to give MB-Clean a try. BTW, I'm using Windows 8.1
  7. I'm experiencing the same issue like everybody else. What's wrong with Malwarebytes? Everything was working fine until today. I rebooted my PC a few times and it still won't turn on. I forced quit it and launched it a few minutes later, the Web Protection turns ON but after awhile, it turns OFF again I also have McAfee AntiVirus Plus running on my system. I'm using Windows 8.1 (64-bit). Attached is the log file. Thank you. mb-check-results.zip
