  1. I'm having the same issue, and I have a ticket open on it. Post update we're only seeing 35-40% resource consumption but it's acting like full resource use. Prior to the update we were having obvious 100% consumption issues. All the normal stuff like rootkit scanning and self protect are disabled in these groups. Oddly it only seems to be occurring with the group of machines I have setup to scan with greater frequency. The machines scheduled for a full scan once a week don't seem to be experiencing that issue. Edit: Never mind someone closed the ticket. I guess I need to reopen it for a 3rd time. I really like the idea of this product but implementation wise I'm spending a lot more time on it than we did with the stand alone products. It's becoming a pretty serious issue.
  2. Bueller? Had another machine, this time a Win 10 machine, pull this stunt on Friday.
  3. Finally had the problem present itself again today. It's hardly a top of the line machine, but it's isolated. Killing MBAMservice then restarting the service breaks it out of whatever is going on. Here are requested the dump files. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1IVPz6Jxzi_g5yIlkHSJ5Z6EfvGVyn5ux/view?usp=sharing
  4. Physical machine. The issue only seems to occur occasionally after a reboot. I'll grab a dump next time it goes into consumption mode.
  5. I'm running into this too with only one Win7 machine. Rootkit and Self Protection are disabled. It'll be fine for a week or two then kicks over into CPU consumption mode until I kill it and restart the processes.
  6. Thanks for pushing the fix out. Our accounting department got the message first and freaked out. I turned notifications off as soon as I saw what address was being blocked. Thanks for the timely update, and admission there was an issue to be fixed. It makes life so much easier knowing right away where the problem was.
