  1. farbar doesn't work on Win 10. But I was able to gather the MB-Check results. BTW, many thanks for your help. mb-check-results.zip
  2. Ok, so the version I loaded was in the license letter. Just reinstalled with the link you provided, same results.
  3. I've installed the Premium version (3.3) and although I was able to load the application and finally activate, I'm unable to see the dashboard. I've tried any number of ways to get to it, have run the clean install numerous times, reloaded the app about 10 times on a WIN 10 device, but still unable to see the dashboard. I've now logged 3 different tickets but support is unresponsive. What gives with the lack of support??????
