  1. @bdg2 I attempted to replicate the problem and could not with both Visual Studio and Skype. I see no block events in the logs provided either. Did you possibly have your VPN running (and Malwarebytes) while the program updates came through?
  2. @CraigS The two should not be related. Could you try the steps outlined in the article below and see if that gets rid of the DDA driver error message. https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-2463 Thank you
  3. Hello @throkr, Build 2522 is currently the latest. As far as the UI issue, I was able to reproduce that and will let our developers know. Thank you for reporting the find :)!

  11. Using Malwarebytes Support Tool (the same tool you used to gather logs), could you reinstall using the Clean option (in Advanced Options). On restart, you will be given the option to reinstall Malwarebytes, select to do so and let us know if that solves the problem. Thank you
  12. The few that didn't work may not have a config backup to use. Those may need to be reinstalled. I would suggest to deploy the batch script over the network if there's a large amount of machines having the issue. Those that don't come back online after the script is ran will need reinstallation however. Thank you for updating us
  13. Using MBST, could you run "Clean" from Advanced Options and allow it to reinstall Malwarebytes (after reboot). Let us know how it goes. Thank you
  14. Our Endpoint Protection is all cloud based and supports different groups/policies so each company you with with can have their own policy that manages computers added to that policy. This should provide you easy management from one place without needing a separate configuration for each company. Here is a link to our Endpoint Protection page if you would like a trial or want someone to contact you with more details/answers: https://www.malwarebytes.com/business/endpointprotection/
  15. Hello, Could everyone in this topic experiencing the issue run the attached "ConfigFixer.bat" from a local machine to test with. If it does work, it can be further deployed as a batch file. Make sure to run this bat as admin. https://malwarebytes.box.com/s/599mrui1hgzx6u5txa7r3j5pryw0b8qb

  21. @Siren Would you be willing to give our BETA a try? We addressed a few BSOD issues and would love to see how it performs on a machine like yours that has an ongoing problem. To get beta: Open Malwarebytes and go to Settings Under the "Application" tab, scroll down until you see "Beta Application Updates" Toggle that option and hit "Install Application Updates" (same tab, at the top) Follow through with the installation Let us know how it goes. Feel free to PM me with any and all results. Thank you,
  22. @nikitaSevgraD I was hoping to get a DNS address from those network commands that were in a .bat files but did not get one. Could you try this for me: Open command prompt (cmd) Run "nslookup www.google.com" Note the IP address given back (will be listed under "Addresses") Let me know what IP you get for your DNS. I am trying to see if we were blocked as the user above suggested. @KMax Since you are having the same issue, could you follow the steps as well? Thank you
  23. @nikitaSevgraD Could you download "network info.zip". Extract the "network info.bat" file I have attached inside the zip. Run the bat file and it will create a "network_log.txt" in the directory that the .bat is ran from. Please attach that text file in your reply. I suspect the issue could be with your DNS so trying to gather more info on your DNS server. Thanks, network info.zip
  24. Malwarebytes is designed for Windows or Mac so because the TV does not run either of these systems, it will not be possible to install Malwarebytes on the TV. Also--Because it runs a custom OS, it is generally not impacted by traditional infections since theyre designed to executive on a Windows/Mac (depending on infection).
