    Thank you for the reply. Yes, right into My Account -> Subscriptions -> Clicked both "Deactivate All" button and nothing happens. I want out of the system haha before they renew. One renews in 19 days the other has a year yet.

    I have 2 Subscriptions that will not "deactivate all". When I click Deactivate All it will display "Deactivation Complete". However, the status remains "active". What is going on?
