@AdvancedSetup Full system Scan after ComboFix, or scan after reboot system. Both malwarebytes & Bitdefender 2018 full system Scan still could not find anything,
-
I've tried several time, after running ComboFix, Ransomware Protection could run smoothly.
But once reboot windows, the problem exit again.
Here attached the latest ComboFix, thanks.

I just downgrade to the version of 3.2.1.2008, it could run the Ransomware Protection smoothly.
Just neglect it. Once I reboot, 3.2.1.2008 also refuse to save anything, maybe it is infected

@AdvancedSetup Attached MB version 3.2.2.2029 scan file for your reference,
I just downgrade to the version of 3.2.1.2008, it could run the Ransomware Protection smoothly.
But once update to 3.2.2 Version, running Ransomware Protection would refuse to save anything and keep showing “file is too large for destination file system” or “don't have permission to save in this location”.
Since these 2 version's threat scan could not find any malicious items, I wonder if the 3.2.2 version has bug on the Ransomware Protection, are there any similar cases like me?

Hello and Welcome!
Let's try and get some logs first so the team can review them and see if they can tell what may be causing your issues....
- FIRST: Create and obtain Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) logs
-
Download FRST and save it to your desktop
NOTE: You need to run the version compatible with your system. You can check here if you're not sure if your computer is 32-bit or 64-bit - Double-click to run FRST and when the tool opens click "Yes" to the disclaimer
- Press the "Scan" button
-
This will product two files in the same location (directory) as FRST: FRST.txt and Addition.txt
NOTE: These two files will be collected by the MB-Check Tool and added to the zip file for you - NEXT: Create and obtain an mb-check log
- Download MB-Check and save to your desktop
- Double-click to run MB-Check and within a few second the command window will open, then click "OK"
- This will produce one log file on your desktop: mb-check-results.zip
- Attach this file to your forum post by clicking on the "Drag files here to attach, or choose files..." or simply drag the file to the attachment area
Thank You,
Firefox
Please help to check, thanks.

Malwarebytes 3.2.2 - Ransomware Protection Lock Whole System
Win7 64bit
After update to Malwarebytes 3.2.2 in 14/Oct (without changing other system setting), I fail to download every file ( EVEN THE WINDOWS UPDATE ALSO FAIL), or fail to save the existing document when I have changed the content. It just shows “file is too large for destination file system” or “don't have permission to save in this location”.
I have spent whole day to test all software, and FINALLY I find that TURNING OFF RANSOMWARE PROTECTION would make everything go smoothly.
This problem does not exist for the previous version, please help to solve the problem urgently, ransomware protection is necessary for me, thanks.
