    Hi, I disabled Kaspersky, ran an update on MB, then restarted the computer and now all is working again. Both programs running fine. Thank you for the help.

    Hi, Thanks for the help Unfortunately no, it just 'hangs' and says 'starting...' when I try to enable the Web Protection. This started yesterday and the computer has been switched off several times. I can try and disable Kaspersky to see if that helps.

    Ref previous post web protection has stopped working on 1/3 pcs. As requested here are the files from the instructions on details of the issue. mb-check-results.zip

    Web Protection isn't working all if a sudden on 1/3 pcs. We turned off enable self protection and that seems to fix it. But is the pc safe? That pc is the only one using Kaspersky. Many thanks
