Hi, @nikhils That seemed to work though it still says "items scanned: 0" and my computer just turned off like I lost power right after it finished scanning. I was able to reboot and get the report though. I've attached it. mal2.txt

Hi! I'm new here but have had Malwarebytes for a while. I have a paid subscription but haven't been able to get it to work for a long time. It keeps popping up saying protection layers are turned off but I'm not sure how to turn them back on. I'm sure that my computer is infected. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
