  1. After doing all the above procedures I reinstalled Corsair Utility Engine (CUE, start up app for keyboard). After reboot the error returned. From other research I found out McAfee is known to do this sort of thing for random applications. So I reinstalled CUE again (to fix the impacted dlls) and put the impacted dlls on the exclusion list. This appears to have resolved the problem. I also did the same thing with the impacted Diablo 3 dll files. In my research it was suggested an August Windows 10 update was partially to blame. Please advise if I should continue with this process and provide updated logs.
  2. Hi Kevin! Thanks so much in advanced for your help. Attached is the malware threat scan log and the FRST and Addition logs. malware_threat_scan.txt FRST.txt Addition.txt
  3. Any help would be appreciated, even if it's help on how to proper ask for help ;-)
  4. Correction: Impacted Cosair Utility Engine dll show zero byte and most boot date-time for when the error first occur. Diablo 3 dlls show zero bytes and date-time for when the application was launched the first time the error occurred. I suspect some malware is able to wipe out certain dlls when accessed. Not sure.
  5. Greetings, I am getting a Bad Image file for two specific programs. I used to not get these errors The errors are for dll files The dll files will show date and time of recent boot and have zero byte The programs are Diablo 3 and Cosair Utility Engine I can reinstall both of the above applications and they will run, until reboot. CUE give me error every time and is a start-up app. Diablo 3 gives me error most of the time. Ran McAfee Anit Virus - no threats Ran Malware bytes, some threats found, removed, error still occurs. All threats appear to have been related to chrome extensions Ran sfc scan, no errors Issue started about 3-4 months ago. Unsure what if anything I installed at that time. System config does not appear to have any unknown services running at start-up Running Windows 10 64 bit Please forgive me this is my first time posting for support on this forum. Please point me to any rules for the proper way to ask for help.
