  1. Got infected with malware today which tried to block my internet, installed several hundred threats, and even put programs such as Malwarebytes into untrusted certifications to keep me from launching them. I've cleaned up most of the issues but there must be something still trying to keep hidden but I can tell the computer is not acting normal just yet. Some current issues: Running Junkware Removal Tool gives me the error 'Could not create file "[folder]". Access is denied." Malware Bytes appears to be unable to update its Anti-Rootkit. Whatever virus is lurking also keeps turning off the Malware Bytes protection. Furthermore I try to run the specific Anti-Rootkit program but it never actually opens. If I run as administrator I can see it tries to get loading it just shuts down automatically. As a result of this issue I tried followed the 'Unable to start Malwarebytes' Anti-Rootkit sticky but even if I follow the instructions fully it never boots any Recovery Environment. When I run AdwCleaner no matter how many times I try to quarantine it, PUP.Optional.IPNinja keeps coming back. I imagine the uploaded Addition and FRST files will give you all this info but I'm running Windows 7 64 bit. Malware Bytes isn't currently finding any threats but since its having issues updating the Rootkit stuff I imagine that's the issue. Appreciate any guidance. Addition.txt FRST.txt
