Shut out of my malwarebytes

clodhopper posted a topic in Malwarebytes for Windows Support Forum

my recently paid for Malwarebytes premium suddenly stopped working.I have tried to get it runnjng again but I am asked for the key ( which I have) and an ID number , which I don't have. Malwarebytes has no phone number to contact and help is useless. Is Norton any better?
