  1. You are absolutely right - for a 2nd time ? of course - since as I have noticed in the past (but I wasn't sure) the premium trial was enabled only when there was a major version change (e.g. from 3.4 to 3.5, 3.6 and so on). Regarding the "fake keys" mention, I was playing the role of an ..."ethical hacker" in state of emergency: in case I found a working illegal key I would instantly report it to the mbam forums, so please don't worry since I generally do not mess up with such things.. But, I 'm still wondering how the heck I enabled the editing for Scheduled Scans on the mbam control pan
  2. Hello honorable, Thank you very much for your quick reply! I already had suspected some kind of settings leftover from previous version and the 1st thing I tried was a clean re-install from newly downloaded standalone installer (mbam*.exe), even trying older versions from file-hippo or mbam cleaner tool, oh Gosh! But, to no avail, unfortunately: this setting was still there and LOCKED (neither Edit or Delete). So I realized that I had to find a way to enable Premium Trial, in order to unlock the setting, delete the Schedule Scan and then disable the Premium Trial period..

  4. Hello, As I have noticed according to the latest changelog (3.6.1.2711), the scheduled scan should have been removed as for the free version... Such thing is not happening as you can see in attached screenshots and this issue constantly keeps my PC running really slow (when scan is not needed on a daily basis)! Any ideas? Thank you very much, in advance
  5. Hi all, Indeed, problem already fixed on current release (3.3.1.2183)! So, we could consider this topic as [SOLVED] / closed... Thanx a lot guys! :-)
  6. Me also just signed up to notify about that quite annoying issue, and I hope that it's getting fixed soon... Also, I have noticed that the tray app does not run/load as a service (resources issue, as you said, maybe?), so that it shows up on Alt+TAB list & Windows Task Manager. By the way, perhaps you have to use the "RegisterServiceProcess" function to pretend that "Malwarebytes Tray Application" is a service (yeah, kind of) in Windows. Declaration: function RegisterServiceProcess (ThreadID:THandle;Flags:Integer): Integer; stdcall; external kernel32 name
