  1. I just formatted pc again and sound is working now! I don't know why it didn't work first time... But thank for trying to help anyway!
  2. It's still not working. In device manager it says: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) {Driver Entry Point Not Found} The %hs device driver could not locate the entry point %hs in driver %hs
  3. When i right click it in device manager, then click "update driver" it says that it is up-to-date Theres also no driver for them on SteelSeries website.
  4. I dont fully understand, right now i have only 1 one device in device manager: SteelSeries h wireless. I just have realtek audio driver in "uninstall or change programs" not in device manager
  5. I should mention that this problem occured before formating my pc, (after scanning with malwarebytes). I did not updated recently my audio drivers... I did look at my installed programs and finded this audio related sofwares: Realtek high definition audio driver, sound blaster cinema, sound blaster audigy. I have 2 audio devices instaled: sound blaster audio audio controller and steelseries h wireless... Edit: i also have friend come over to me and he helped me with internet not working (he formated my pc also). Audio wasn't working, so he said that maybe it's something with my sound card, so i buyed new one (Sound Blaster Audigy Fx Intern soundcard), but that wasn't the case... Thats where sound blaster audio audio controller come from, i used steelseries h wireless before that.
  6. sfc /scannow is running... I still can't find wininit log... I'm screenshoting what i got after typing... get-winevent -FilterHashTable @{logname="Application"; id="1001"}| ?{$_.providername –match "wininit"} | fl timecreated, message | out-file Desktop\CHKDSKResults.txt After typing get-winevent -FilterHashTable @{logname="Application"; id="1001"}| ?{$_.providername –match "wininit"} | fl timecreated, message I got no message
  7. It's done, but there's no Wininit logs. Should i just proceed with sfc /scannow?
  8. C has 1 tb (400gb disc space occupied) and D has also 1tb (200gb disc space occupied).
  9. I waited over 90 min, so i started over (i did that 2 times), but it's still stuck
  10. Im in the proces of "scanning and repairing drive C, but its stuck on 10% in 30 min now. Should i just wait or start again?
  11. After running troubleshot it says: "there's been problem with device drivers". There's no software for that. Search.txt
  12. Sorry for delayed reply, but here's the logs! (malwarebytes log is in english, but logs from FRST are in polish. I hope you still understand) One i should mention is, in the meantime i formatted my pc. It helped with internet problems, but sound is still not working. Malwarebytes scan log.txt FRST.txt Addition.txt
  13. So after using using malwarebytes and finding 219 threats, i restarted computer. After that my internet stopped working and little while later sound stopped working too. Troubleshooting tool found drivers problems, but repair was unsuccessful. Installing drivers again didn't help, i have no idea what to do more
