  5. Sorry for more troubles aura! I managed to get into this screen and the image I sent is what I don't see? I was able to enter this screen, but now I am unable to see that option

I wasn't able to access the Recovery Environment, but I did follow the steps where you made a note saying if I can't access it I would need to create a windows installation or repair media! I've already created it, but a little lost on where to go next sorry about that!
