Having the same problem as anglertoo. Just upgraded from free version to Premium, and can't turn on the 'real time protection'. Either it goes back off, or is stuck in terminal 'Starting' mode. Have new version 3.2.2. Read a post from earlier version, and tried without success the fix: turned on 'enable self protection' in settings, rebooted...nothing, then turned it off, rebooted....still nothing. Not sure what to do next. Can I use the same mb - clean tool that you linked above, or was that just an upgrade to the newer (my) version? Thanks for your help.
