[MBAR created file locking problems on server shares]

When user access files via share on a server with MBAM installed and MBAR enabled, the user is told that the file is in use by another user. If we turn off MBAR the issue goes away. We do not want to disable MBAR permanently or else there is no point in spending a fortune on MBAM in the first place.
