[shasum, md5, anything to verify download?]

I really did search, but am not coming up with any results to verify the authenticity of the file from malwarebytes.  Specifically for the Mac version, but was expecting a page where they would be listed for all downloads.

here is what I got, but can't find anything to verify with.

$ shasum -a 256 Malwarebytes-3.0.2.422.dmg 
b45dbdb63df74472f056d9140110d876dc73acc9fe97d93b67d004ca48284d70  Malwarebytes-3.0.2.422.dmg

Yesterday I went ahead and gave it a try as I was on my way to have a wipe and reinstall done at the Apple Store. Malwarebytes trial ran fast with no results (trust me, I had bugs). I saved Safari settings, where I see some malware in cache. I've downloaded again, but want to be more cautious. 

Where do I find this, or is shasum 256 out of date and I should be looking for a more secure method to verify?
