Thank you both for you help. As it turned out I mistook a Z for a 2. Once the correct key was in everything went fine. Again, thank you for your help. The reason that I uninstalled it in the first place was that the "Exploit protection" would not stay on. This reinstall seems to help. Thanks again.

I had to uninstall 3.0 and reinstall it. I did so. When I put in my software key it still takes me to the pay site as if to purchase it. I have almost a year left on my license. How can I put in my key and authenticate the software?
