How do I get this fixed? So far suggestions are not working?

I will attach the report. Turns out it was yeloader and it is quite prolific. Yesterday I spent hours on this. Everything kept locking up. Finally, I was able to quarantine and delete. Is this number even believable for a home pc?

I do a daily scan and get a notices. Today there was a red warning. I opened the reports and there were over 55,000 malware noted. I tried to quarantine them, but could not move from reports to quarantine. Suggestions??
