  1. Thanks for the FYI Porthos. Makes perfect sense, I can wait it out a bit, I'll use the premium trial in the short term. Hopefully they create a portal for non-digital download users so we can correct things like this and not have to bother support.
  2. I feel your pain. Had an OS crash earlier today and I'm in a similar boat when reinstalling (same message). Hopefully a quick fix by support for the both of us.
