I'm seeing this as well. @MAM Go to Settings/Apps and click the gear icon. Select "App Permissions". Scroll down to the bottom and select "Additional permissions". You then may see this new permission. These instructions are for Android 6 so YMMV. On my phone Malwarebytes is associated with this permission but it has not been granted. That is, the on/off slider on the Malewarebytes entry is "off". I think my cheap Chinese phone has some infections, some from the factory no doubt, and I've been combing through the apps/permissions to try to find things that don't "look right", and this is the first time I've seen this permission.
