  1. It seems like I have to uninstall and re-install to fix this. Not very friendly software. Forcing auto-renewal is rude.
  2. No. It already is premium and I don't have upgrade or update in my menu. My current key is going to expire soon I want to add new one. Thanks
  3. I have a new key. I cannot find upgrade. Not in menu. Galaxy s10e, android 11 MB premium. 3.9.1.68 Thanks for the help.
  4. if he still has a problem i am going to scan registry, and add manual entries for dns servers and prefixes to the network config. also putting utopia.net in the firewall block rules.
  5. Hi. This is a client's pc and I won't have access till Monday. But I do not see anything on the MB site about utopia.net. I know he has that I saw his upcoming output. Can MB fix utopia.net?
  6. how do i remove utopia.net from win 10 pc? i do not see very much when i google and nothing here. thank you..
  7. I checked other pc. Folder name after _amd64_ is not the same.
  8. i have another computer to look at. i will check. i appreciate the help. i'd like to understand dism better. is there someplace that explains it, rather than just the options. on the face of it, i thought dism would fix a missing msoft file.
  9. as requested. a screen grab is attached. search got 1 dmrk.sys and 4 dmrkaud.sys
  10. Yes, thanks. But I do see there is a big drmk.sys and a small one. And the big one is an ms trusted audio driver. Why can't dism bring that one back from the Net or a win 10 iso? Msoft suggests rolling back with restore point if I can associate a date with the problem start. Unfortunately all my restore points before my last critical update are gone. Very ironic.
  11. Thanks. What size is it and what properties does it have.
  12. Thanks. I am going to see what drmk.sys looks like on my wife's pc. Should know more tonight.
  13. ok. i can do that, but it won't fix the audio installer problem because that looks in DriverStore\FileRepository\wdmaudio.inf_amd64_d971d3ff1aaf7bdb for drmk. so after i put it in drivers what should i do then? or will putting it in there correct the audio problem if i reboot?
