  1. Sorry, here are the screenshots.
  2. So it appears that hxxp://247techiesca.com is blocked just fine; however, hxxp://247techies.com is not. I'm still not sure what the cause of this is. Ignore the website looking destroyed, as that is caused by my Firewall blocking rules. No it doesn't interfere with the Malwarebytes extension, as the same result would apply with the 247techiesca.com website, if it wasn't blocked. hxxp://365techcare.com still lets me right through as well.
  3. I initially noticed this issue on Firefox for Android, on my tablet. I then tried it on my phone, which had the same issue. I've always had Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, and the Comodo add-ons and it has never been an issue. I decided to validate this issue by trying Malwarebytes by itself, and then again inside of an Android sandbox, which also carries the same issue where those two sites appear not to be blocked; however, MyPhoneSupport still was still blocked as fraud. This issue seemed to occur after the add-on update from 1.0.32 to 1.0.38. It doesn't seem to carry the issue for the Firefox Desktop.
  4. UPDATE: It seems to work on Desktop now after being updated. The issue still persists on Android, after the update.
  5. I do a lot a testing with various security products and it seems that several tech support scam sites that were blocked by your extension, are no longer blocked. For example: hxxp://247techies.com, and hxxp://365techcare.com I believe they were were added recently and were indeed blocked up until a few days ago. Sites that have been listed a long time ago are still blocked, such as: hxxp://myphonesupport.com I'm not sure if this is something to do with a database, DNS, or something on my end (although I tested this on multiple computers), but I figured it would be something worth bringing to your attention. Thanks for your time.
  6. Thank you very much for your fast response.
  7. So to be clear, based on what Dashke said, this was intentionally blocked and I should be advising my customer to put a stop payment on their credit card?
  8. UPDATE I would like to point out that I did catch my typing mistakes after posting, and apologize for this. I was using a tablet to type. If something doesn't make sense, I would be happy to rephrase. PS: Generally I would edit my own post, but I can't find the edit option.
  9. Hello, I am a technian from Canada, and one of my customers has a subscription to a comapny called 24/7 Techies, and also has a subscription to your Malwarebyets product. Unfortunately, they are unable to access the 247techies.com website anymore, as it is listed as fraudulent by the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware product. I am unsure or unaware wheather or not if this is a mistake or if the company turned into some kind of scam. I did notice that they were accused of fraud a long time ago, but apperently made some posts on Yelp, and the Malwarebytes forum indcating that there is some sort of mistake, that they are clean and a Microsoft Certified Partner. I am just wondering from Malwarebytes if the company was blocked on purpose and if I should inform my customer, or if this is a mistake and have my customer add the website to their exceptions. Any help on this matter, would be most appreciated. Thank you for your time in reading this, and I look forward to hearing a reply from you soon. Sincerely, Zen Carter
