  2. No, because adwcleaner cant delete the virurses it found. and as of yesterday malwarbytes is finding the same three PUPS that I keep deleting.
  3. Hey, so I downloaded the beta and when it scanned, it didnt find any adware or viruses. So I went back to version 7.0.1 and it found the elements. But I'm still having the same problem with the error message on 7.0.1
  4. AdwCleaner shows a message that say "***Caught unhandled unknown exception; terminating" and then the clean up stops.
  5. Ive attached fixlog below. When I tried to clean up my computer with AdwCleaner, it basically got stuck. it started the cleanup, got a quarter through and has since stalled. The loader has been in the same place for around 7 hours now. Fixlog.txt
  6. I got to the point where it asked me if I wanted to put the file on the desktop but there was an error message that showed up. It says "File Not Found or No Read Permission" I have access inside the folder. I just am not allowed to compress it for some reason
  7. Hi! Im basically having the same exact problem as this guy: After powershell runs, Malwarebytes scans and finds the same three PUP's. I keep deleting them, but powershell keeps putting them back on my computer. I don't know what to do about it and I don't want to mess with the registry logs without an experts assistance. Please Help! The Pup files.txt
