  1. Less than a second after I exited MalwareBytes' uninstaller (it was running slowly on this netbook) the Resident Shield went off on it's own installer EXE. The browser running is proxyed, as well is my Skype client, so Malwarebytes can't scan it's traffic as I'm at a public cafe right now. It'd have to be a hell of a coincidence for MB to pick up something from one of the non proxied programs, because all that is is the Email client, which talks to Google. Lol! Especially immediately after the Un-install sheild wizard exited.
  2. agh, I'm too tired for this, I meant 67.212.
  3. I meant 67.212.74. Can someone edit that in?
  4. Hmm. I do see quite a lot of hphosts noise on 67.212.74.234, but http://hosts-file.net/default.asp?s=67.212.74. isn't that bad. I dont see why you'd block out an entire ISP for security issues... That's thousands and thousands of addresses and a lot of lost traffic. I'm still waiting for an official response, but I'm trying to put something together myself.
  5. Interesting, I read the blog post on hpHosts, and I've e-mailed them asking about it, I was quite shocked to say the least to hear this.
  6. Really. That's news to me, have any proof? My IP's not blocked anywhere else... and I haven't heard Netelligent pop up anywhere scuzzy except for adult sites and torrents, does that mean everyone else who uses the however many more IP's are necessarily malicious?
  7. And apparently you also blocked another IP I own: 67.212.74.235 which is my IRC network, which has never had any malware on it.
  8. Hi! The webmaster of a site on my server reports that Malwarebytes is preventing him from using his own site since it blocks our IP. We've had one instance of malware in the past, but it has been long resolved, and it was a single instance. Our IP is clear on all blacklists, including hpHosts, Why does malwarebytes still block it?
