    This is getting "too tough to do." After doing step "4" above nothing happens. No links to click on. No icons to click on. Blank rectangular boxes just started to explode all over the screen. Finally got that to stop. Is there no way we can actually speak to each other?? I appreciate your help, but this is nuts!
