  1. I had the same problem. I went onto a forum and found a link to download without uninstalling. Unfortunately it downloaded Malwarebytes Free. So I went into my account to download Malwarebytes Premium. My account confirmed that I am a Malwarebytes Premium subscriber. I downloaded the link there and it keeps downloading Malwarebytes free. I've paid for Malwarebytes Premium. How do I reload it without having to pay for it again?
  2. Thank you so much. It appears to be operating fine now. Should I keep self-protection on?
  3. I don't think I can even open that. When I click on the Malwarebytes icon, NOTHING opens.
  4. Thank you. I have a busy day today but will do this--most likely tomorrow--and will let you know. And because I'm not very good, could you let me know how I disable self-protection? Everything else seems fairly self-explanatory.
  5. I've had Malwarebytes Premium (a 2 yr contract) for nearly 2 yrs and it has worked well, even after I upgraded to Windows 10. Now I can't get it to work. When I click on the icon, it cranks a few times and then tells me "Unable to connect the service." I got a service ticket yesterday, but I guess they are backlogged, because I have not received any help. How can I fix this? Thank you.
