Question regarding Malicious ads on clean install / format

Hi. I am so perplexed by Facebook blocking my signon stating I am infected. According to my report (Premium MWB) I am clean and another run from Essentials states clean. Nothing found. I reset Chrome and cleared everything from history several times.
