I forgot to mention that I ran the free Malwarebytes software and nothing came up. However I have noticed my laptop getting 'stuck' often when I am online and sometimes have had to restart to get it working again

Hi, new to all this - noticed the following apps were enabled on my laptop firewall (using Windows10) hpfccopy.exe hpiscnapp.exe hpoews01.exe hposid01.exe hpqcopy2.exe hpqgpc01.exe hpqgplgtupl.exe hpqkgrp.exe hpqphotocrm.exe I tried to disable the top two and instead of disabling them, they appeared again so now there is more than one copy of them. Please can you advise if they are spyware/trojans? I really don't know what to do. Thanks.
