  1. Hello, Yes, I have already done this. I immediately found the setting and turned it off. It only took about 3 seconds to find the setting. (there is no way that they can be in-operable for 5 minutes - let alone the 2 days that you took to respond) It does not change the fact that it is still a false positive. I would prefer to not have to manually change this setting on every single one of the 7000 computers that we will be rolling out to the property managers. Is there any way that you can whitelist this in your definition files? Thanks !
  2. realpage is an extremely popular website / database used by apartment complexes to manage the entire leasing process of the residents of an apartment complex. it is a web-based database, and was written originally using active-x integration into IE. they are expanding into chrome, safari, firefox, etc, however this is many years away from completion. MBAM blocks this exploit as an IE vbscript. Viewing the results, the item blocked is vbscript.dll - so, I'm not sure how to "drill down" to the exact false positive, however, maybe someone can call realpage and get signature info or allow this vbscript / active-x item to run...?
