  1. Thanks for your help! I ended up returning that laptop to Dell. Had it less than 2 weeks and spent 5+ hours on the phone with tech support. My laptop with issues works better than the new one. Last Dell I'll ever buy.
  2. This is probably a stupid question but I'll ask. I just bought a Dell laptop and have only had it a week or so. Have had nothing but problems with it and Dell keeps telling me it's because of Malwarebytes. I've had Malwarebytes Premium for years and love it. The new laptop had the free trial version of McAfee and I had Dell remove it. They say your not suppose to have more than one anti-virus in Windows 10. I didn't think Malwarebytes was an antivirus only for malware. Has anyone else had this issue? I want to install a free antivirus but I'm not sure which one and afraid to try anything. I think Windows 10 has Windows Defender but is that enough along with Malwarebytes? thanks for your help!
  3. I have Malwarebytes Premium and for the last few days I've been having several problems. I have version 3.2.2.2029 comp pkg 1.0.212 update package 1.0.3108. A small screen pops up and says anti-rootkit driver not responding and to re-start which I do. Then the web protection, ransomware,and malware protection are all turned off and won't come back on. Yesterday I downloaded the mb clean file (which I read in this forum) and did what it said then everything was fine. This morning I had the same problem so I went to the website and downloaded malwarebytes again and it was fine. I'm not a technical person but I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem?

  5. I too am having the same problem. I sent them an email and hopefully they'll answer soon. I purchased Malwarebytes years ago and love it. This morning I tried putting in my license number and ID and the same message came up as yours.
