  1. I did as directed(see my reply of a few minutes ago) and then I received the same MB Notice blocking website 255.255.255.255. Please let me know what the next step is. Thanks!
  2. Okay, I did as directed. Hopefully that will do the trick. Thanks much for your help!
  3. Hi DearWebby, I was already set up for automatic updates but thanks for your reply.
  4. Hi Zynthesist, I know where to add the exclusion but where do I 'run an update'? Is that the same is doing a scan? Thanks!
  5. I started receiving this message yesterday, 2017-11-20, and several times today. Website blocked: IP Address: 255.255.255.255 Port: [68] Type: Outbound File: C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe There was a message that I could set up an exclusion but I'm hesitant to do that not knowing what it is. I updated the database and it's still happening. Attached is the incident report. Please advise. Thank you. 2017-11-21_MalwareBytes_Website_Blocked.txt
  6. Here's the .zip file. Event occurred: 2017-07-18 at 12:56 PM If it is a false positive, please direct me if there are any special instructions on fixing this or if I simply click 'restore' in my dashboard/quarantine tab. Thank you! ~Wolfmates MBAMSERVICE.zip
  7. I was in the middle of scanning with Mariner's Paperless software and MB ransomware alert popped up, shut down the program and quarantined the .exe file. I suspect it is a false positive but I'm new to this stuff. So, before I restore it, I wanted to check with you folks. Here's the pertinent data? Name: Malware.Ranson.Agent.Generic Date: 7/8/17 12:56 PM Type: File Program: C:\Program Files (x86)\MarinerSoftware\Paperless\plw.exe Please advise. Thanks! Wolfmates
