  1. Really disappoiting to see that this problem has still not been fixed, even after the latest update to 3.2. An incredibly frustrating, and dangerous, bug, given that it, in essence, takes away a whole aspect of the premium protection package (automatic scheduled scans). Your customers have paid for a product, but they are not being provided a major aspect, and big selling point, of that product. And the lack of contact with regards to this bug is also very poor form. It would be nice if we could at least get an ETA on when this will be fixed. It's almost 2 months since I first made this post, and so I felt sure that the 3.2 update would fix this - I was extremely disappointed to see that it's still happening.
  2. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one scottsan. And going by this post we aren't the only ones either. It would be nice if someone from MB could actually get back to us and let us know what the situation is with this. I have paid for MB Premium, and this bug is causing me to lose an important aspect of that "premium" protection I paid for.
  3. You should do what they told me to do and upload some logs. Perhaps they'll be able to see some similarities in our system (I'm also running Win 10 64-bit) and work out what's happening.
  4. Your post is almost identical to mine See forum post here. Glad to hear it's not just me though. I was asked to submit logs but I've heard nothing back since.
  5. No, no VPN adapter or USB network card. I connect via Ethernet cable to my router, and no VPN interface installed. I do sometimes use a proxy service, but I don't see how that could affect the scheduled scan settings in MB or the ability to read the config files?
  6. Oh I've tried that, multiple times. I've tried quite a few methods of trying to isolate the problem - Creating new scheduled scans, changing the time, changing the settings. None of them work. They all reset to a scan scheduled to take place at some point during the hour of 2:00 AM
  7. Here you - I've uploaded what you requested as well as re-doing the scans recommeneded by the previous post and uploaded those again too. This issue is still with me, and it is increibly furtsrating because, like I said, I'm essentially losing the ability to run scheduled scans. I have no idea what is prompting this. I keep changing the scheduled scan to take place daily at 7:00:00 PM, with the option to repeat up to 23 hours if it is missed. But it keeps resetting to a time at some point during the 2:00:00 AM hor, without the the option for the missed scan. I should correct my original post - it does not always reset to 2:30:00 AM exactly. It ususally resets to around 2:30:00 AM, but I have noticed it is actually prettey random with the times it resets too, although it is always during the hour of 2AM. Right now it has reset to 02:14:32 AM, so as you can see, very random. Like I said, I have absolutely no idea what is prompting this, as I don't know what is causing it, nor when exactly it keeps changing. mb-check-results.zip FRST.txt Addition.txt logs.zip
  8. Here you go. Incidentally, I just saw that it's done it again. I changed the scheduled scan to 7:00:00 PM, and in the last couple of hours (I don't know when exactly, or what causes it to happen), it's reset itself to 2:30:34 AM mb-check-results.zip FRST.txt Addition.txt
  9. Had a search for this in the forums to see if anyone else had had this problem, but couldn't see that anyone has reported it before. Basically I keep having to set my scheduled scan, because after a couple of days, usually 2-3, my settings keep getting wiped. I like to have a scheduled scan everyday at 7:00 PM, with the option for a missed scan to take place up to 23 hours afterward. However, after 2-3 days, it keeps resetting to a scan at 2:30 AM, without the option for a scan to take place if that is missed. As my PC is usually turned off/asleep at that time in the morning, and it isn't scanning if it's missed, i'm essentially losing the ability to run scheduled scan every couple of days. This is incredibly irritating, and have never experienced this with a paid for PC security product, so any help would be appreciated. I'm running Malwarebytes 3 Premium on a Windows 10 64-bit PC.
