Good Evening Just wondering if Malwarebytes 5 will install over the top of Malwarebytes 4.6.9.314 with the Lifetime License 10 digit ID and 16 digit Key without any issues? Or should I turn off Automatically Download and Install Updates in the settings until it will? I do not have or want your Privacy VPN, just Malwarebytes Premium Thank you for your time

Good Morning I have about a 2 second delay when opening the CMD prompt, the black box appears, but no text for about 2 seconds since upgrading to Malwarebytes 4.6.7.301 which was not present with 4.6.6.294 Malwarebytes 4.6.7.301 upgraded on the 7 of December, late afternoon I opened the CMD prompt on the 9th of December to clear my DNS cache, when I noticed the delay, once the text appears the CMD prompt works as advertised I checked it again this morning, thinking it might have been a system glitch, but the delay was still present I then quit Malwarebytes using the system tray, self-protection module on and the delay was gone with the CMD prompt So, something in this last update is the cause I gathered two sets of logs, first with Malwarebytes normal operation, the other with Malwarebytes off I am using Windows 10 Pro 22H2 build 19045.3693 ASUS i5-8400 16 Gb memory desktop Thank you for your time mbst-grab-results_MB_on.zip mbst-grab-results_MB-off.zip

Good Evening Curious question, I ran a ESET Online Scan to double-check my system, Windows 10 Pro 21H1 and noticed a quarantine folder in my FRST folder I've been having some odd issues which seem to originate from the registry, examole system shutdown with my network named Network, following morning power on, network connection is now Network 2 FRST/Quarantine/C most are from 2/10/2022 from several folders from my C drive, including Malwarebytes Since they are almost 6 months old, is it safe to delete them? Thank you for your time

No problems with Malwarebytes at all, if fact it's been running great, except for problems updating the definitions, check your internet connection I do not have any problems with my internet connection on other websites I saw this post, checked my Registry and saw I also have that entry So, I just wanted to add my information (logs) to help with the diagnostic, since it hasn't been answered why it's there

Good Morning, Maurice Thank you for the reply I did not know that about Per-user services When I had finished my disk image, Macrium Reflect stated it was shutting down the Volume Shadow Service, I got the finish button, closed the GUI the hard drive started reading and read for around 30 minutes, that was when I checked the Task Manager Services section I have only opened the Task Manager on occasion to check for Processes to see what was running in the past Thank you for your help and time

Good evening Not sure what is going on, I performed a successful Macrium Reflect disk image backup this evening, went to my task manager to check if the Volume Shadow Service had stopped I noticed that I had duplicate services listed in the task manager, when you open the services app in the Windows Administration Tools the service with odd number at the end seem to have replaced the original service I ran a SFC scannow, had no integrity violations. Defender, Malwarebytes and Adwcleaner showed no threats Gathered MBSupport logs, just in case Any help on what's going on and possible fixes would be greatly appreciated Thank you for your time mbst-grab-results.zip

Good Evening, AdvancedSetup The Support tool clean is not working, I get the green clean up bar, then it asked if I want to install the latest version, which installs malwarebytes, then I get a box saying installation cancelled, which I didn't do Without asking for a system restart, all I get is the Survey wanting to know why I'm uninstalling Malwarebytes, when I choose not to install the latest version,I get Install Privacy, click on the X to close it Support tool finished I currently have malwarebytes uninstalled Support tool Clean log mbst-clean-results.txt -
