Hello- my computer has recently started doing something very unusual such as blocking programs (that are unharmful), Popping up everytime I log in, everytime I open up my browser, or any other app/program, and also pops up if I don't touch my computer for a certain amount of time. It started doing this about a week ago and I'd really like to resolve it. Each time it pops up it says the same thing:
"C:Windows\system32\ncrypt.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support."
I've tried uninstalling C:Windows\system32\ncrypt.dll to re-install it but it won't even do that!
Please help
