I just wanted to stop in here and give a huge thank you to Malwarebytes. I had somehow managed to contact VirusHeat and another virus/trojan type thing. I was in misery, trying to figure out what I was going to do. After various program installs, learning about System Restore (and how it couldn't help me), and just about everything I could think of....I managed to stumble gratefully across Malwarebyte's link.
