Uh, this is probably kind of a niche case, but for some reason the program interferes with PSO2 Tweaker (found here), a third-party application used to apply English patches and launch Phantasy Star Online 2. I'm not sure if the anti-ransomware has some sort of debugging, but it's not flagging anything or quarantining files or... really doing anything at all. PSO2 Tweaker simply fails to launch, repeatedly, until I shut down malwarebytes anti-ransomware, after which it can be launched completely without issue.
