  1. Hi, Sorry for my delayed response but I was away for the weekend and only back now. We have both internal and external websites hosted here. I will look into these now and get back to you if I have any more questions.
  2. Hi, I am having an issue with an inbound connection threat that is attempting to access one of our servers for the last couple of weeks. Usually it gets blocked once a day but this increased this week to a lot more where yesterday when we had 6. Although Malwarebytes is stopping it, I want to be certain there is nothing else on our systems and I am looking to find out what more I can do to minimise threats like this. The detection threat is shown in the attached image. We have malwarebytes anti malware and anti exploit installed on all servers and workstations. Apologies if this is not in the correct section.
  3. I had best update to that version now to fully fix this issue. Thanks once again djacobson.
  4. Thanks djaconson that is good to know in regards to the double entries. Can I ask you if setting this service to delayed startup is a workable solution? The reason I ask is we have quite a few things running at startup which is possibly after creating the issue. Currently we have quite a few computers showing up as unregistered and I am manually logging onto them and starting or restarting this service, as needed, with elevated permissions. I am also looking at a gpo to ensure this service runs so that I can avoid this scenario going forwards.
  5. I just got it to show back up. The issue was the MEEClientService was not running. After restarting it it has once again showed up on on management console. I will now check this with all the problem computers and let you know if any issues still occur.
  6. Hi, Here is one example where I have a computer that is installed and up to date yet it shows as unregistered on the client tab from the management console.
  7. Hi, I am on GMT so sorry for delayed response. I have readded the AD OU and I am still having many laptops show as unregistered even though they are online now and up to date. What can I try next?
  8. Hi, I have just realised that when I rename a computer the Management Console is showing the computer as unregistered. The computer is up to date and seems fine but the console is not able to see it. What do I need to do to rectify this?
  9. Hi Nasdaq I will run it and post here but I cannot do so until tomorrow morning my apologies.
  10. Log files FRST.txt mbam-log-2019-03-07 (17-07-01).txt Addition.txt
  11. Hi guys, I have a potentially infected computer that came up almost all clear from Malwarebytes AntiMalware, AdwCleaner and FRST scans. AdwCleaner found 1 PUP.optional.legacy and it was cleaned but mbam-log came up clear. Not so sure what to check in the text files from FRST. Would somebody be able to help put my mind at ease by helping me make sure I have done all I can?
  12. Thanks Rbuck117. Quick question, are you looking for logs of this issue or was that text directly from support to you?
  13. OK so only disabled the memory patch hijack selection. I better re-enable the others that I had disabled yesterday. Thanks Rbuck117.
  14. Hi, Today I had a user have an issue with using Office 365 applications and accessing Windows Explorer. The issue was noticed when the end user was trying to insert an image to a Word document. As soon as the folder was selected from Windows Explorer the program would shut down and the Anti Exploit would popup with a warning of an exploit attack. I ran a full scan on Malwarebytes AntiMalware and also on Microsoft Security Essentials. Both came up clean. After looking for possible causes I noticed the computer updated to the new versions of .Net framework while off the premises yesterday. How do I confirm the computer is clean and also get the end user back operational. I know I can turn off Anti Exploit for particular programs but is this safe to do in this situation?
