  1. Amid the COVID-19 outbreak, many students are being referred by their educators to the educator's blogs for daily instructions. One such blog like is: http://www.astorianpsych.info/ Which is being flagged with this warning: --- Website blocked due to a suspicious top level domain (TLD) Website blocked: www.astorianpsych.info Malwarebytes Browser Guard blocked this website because it may contain scam activity. We strongly recommend you do not continue. --- However, when I test the website through VirusTotal and IBM X-Force Exchange, they both report no malware or malicious content.
  2. That's truly odd since I shut it down twice earlier today because I was having electrical work done. I have completed the third reboot and it was still disabled, so I did so for a fourth time and finally, it came back enabled. Strange.
  3. Howdy @dcollins, I've done so twice, but I shall for the third time...I've heard that it can be the charm...somebody said that. Back soon...
  4. Today I started getting the notification that Real-Time Protection was not enabled. When i check the GUI, it is in fact disabled and will not enable. I have run the Support Tool and have attached the resulting data. Thanks in advance! mbst-grab-results.zip
  5. Hey @rickmb, I think that MB's situation is not unlike that of other software developers in that they cannot always replicate the conditions customer's experience in the field. This was why they enlisted our help it testing and gathering data. Just my 2¢
  6. The Beta worked here. I ran it for 12 hours under the same conditions that would trigger the BSOD in under 10 minutes with the pre-Beta, with no adverse effects. Looks like you guys nailed it. Thanks!
  7. I feel badly for all of those out there that are having to disable the entire product to avoid the BSOD's. As for me, I simply have the 'Web Protection' option disabled and everything else left on. No BSOD's since. I know it's still not optimal, but it is a bit better than nothing.
  8. @dcollins and @exile360, is there any concrete progress on this issue? My licenses (yes, plural) are coming up for renewal in 2 weeks and, to be completely honest, having no ETA after a month and 12 days, is making that questionable.
  9. Just a heads-up, after installing the latest updates from Microsoft for Windows 10 Pro (64-bit), the problem persists. No change in BSOD behavior. - Update for Microsoft Windows (KB4230204) - Update for Microsoft Windows (KB4343669) - Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB4338819)
  10. This worked for me, however I am very uncomfortable with this sate of protection. Is there no ETA yet as to a fix?
  11. I know this is just fluff after the storm has already been reported, but I as well am having this issue. Windows 10 Professional with the latest Malwarebytes version. I have to completely disable the program. It typically does not occur when sitting at desktop, but if I start a program that uses network access, within 3-5 mins, the BSOD triggers. Same as the others... Error: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\netio.sys
